How long does the full process take?
From first call to move-in, most projects take 12–18 months. Design and permitting take 3–6 months; construction typically 6–12 months depending on scope.
What does "fixed-price" actually mean?
It means the price in your contract is the price you pay. We account for materials, labor, and contingencies upfront — so you're never surprised by an invoice mid-build.
Do I need to own land first?
Not necessarily. We work with clients who already own land and those still looking. We can advise on lot suitability and connect you with our real estate network.
Can I make changes during construction?
Minor changes are manageable early in the build. Major changes after permitting can affect timeline and cost — we'll always be transparent about the impact before proceeding.
